Ross - The Eagles

The Eagles are an American rock band that formed in the early 1970's. The band was made up of five members including Glenn Frey, Don Henley, Bernie Leadon, and Randy Meisner. They are known as one of the best selling bands in history having sold over 150 million records and are best known for classic rock songs such as Hotel California, which is one of my favorite songs, and other songs such as Lyin' Eyes or Take It Easy. The band disbanded for a while in the 80's but then reunited for another album in '94. They were also inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1998. However, one of the band's members, Glenn Frey, died in January of 2016 from complications while recovering from surgery at the age of 67. This was thought to be the end for the longstanding American band until they started performing again with a guest member Glenn Frey's son, Deacon Frey, who the members of the band say acts and performs just like his father, which makes it crazy to play with him. At present the Eagles are still performing and are showing no sign of slowing down.
